Message from the Foundation Principal 

Dear Old Warwickians

I am pleased to be writing to you about the new Warwick Schools Foundation strategy. The brochure attached sets out the vision for the charity over the coming decade, with a set of Values and Strategic Intents, underpinned by a renewed Purpose: to enable transformation through the power of education. 

It is important to note that this strategy is for the charity which is Warwick Schools Foundation, rather than our individual schools. Whilst each school continues to have its own strategic and operational plan, to ensure that we can offer the very best opportunities for all our pupils in their particular school, the Foundation strategic plan articulates areas of common educational interest, creating a 'blue thread' which knits together everything which sits within the charity. It also provides a clear platform to enable everyone to benefit from being part of a larger whole. I look forward to keeping you abreast of our collective progress in the months and years ahead. 

I would like to thank those members of our Foundation community - pupils, parents, staff, alumni - who have contributed to the development of this strategy, providing a bold and ambitious future for Warwick Schools Foundation.
